Every account is different. Here's how Tapwell helped two brands solve distinct challenges and achieve measurable, lasting growth on Amazon.

AECO Sound

AECO Sound is a Berlin-based brand that designs and sells premium acoustic panels — self-adhesive felt and wood solutions that improve room acoustics while doubling as interior design elements. Their products are sold across European Amazon marketplaces and through their own webshop, targeting both residential and commercial customers who want functional acoustic treatment that actually looks good.

Organic Rank — highest-volume keyword

Challenge

When Tapwell took over the account, the headline ACoS looked healthy — but the numbers were misleading. A disproportionate share of ad spend was funnelling into branded keywords, artificially deflating ACoS without driving incremental sales. The previous agency had no strategy for reaching new customers, and the campaign structure was too basic to support real growth. Beneath the surface-level metrics, the account was standing still.

Strategy

The first step was a thorough account audit to understand exactly where budget was going and where the real opportunities sat. From there, branded spend was significantly reduced, freeing up budget to reinvest into campaigns designed to grow organic rank and product visibility. A new campaign structure was built from scratch — designed for steady, incremental, and profitable growth rather than flattering ACoS numbers. In parallel, listing content was updated to strengthen organic search performance.

Result

The impact became visible within weeks. ACoS initially increased — a natural result of shifting budget away from branded traffic. Top-line revenue grew by 23%, and because the additional spend was generating genuinely incremental sales, overall profit still increased by 20%. At the same time, the account’s top product reached the #1 organic position for its highest-volume keyword — a clear sign that the advertising strategy was building sustainable visibility, rather than simply buying short-term traffic.

Challenge

Floaty had no presence on Amazon before working with Tapwell. The products had zero visibility, no advertising history, and no organic rankings. Adding to the challenge, pool floats are a highly seasonal category — meaning the launch window was narrow and there was no room for a slow ramp-up. Everything needed to be in place before the peak summer months hit.

Strategy

Before launching a single campaign, extensive keyword research was carried out to identify the highest-value search terms for the peak season. Listing content and imagery were overhauled to stand out in a crowded category — ensuring the products would convert once visibility arrived. A targeted advertising structure was then built and activated ahead of the main season, designed to push new products onto the first page as quickly as possible.

Result

New products reached the first page within six weeks of launch. Month-over-month revenue grew by 300% as the peak season took hold, and the majority of available stock was sold through during the high-season months — exactly as planned.
